Refund & Return Policy

At SandStreamBox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.


Return Period

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products or downloadable content (once accessed)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support with your order number
  2. Provide Details: Explain the reason for return and include photos if applicable
  3. Wait for Authorization: You'll receive return instructions within 24-48 hours
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back within 7 days of receiving authorization
  5. Use Tracking: Always use a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report Quickly: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damage or defect
  • Resolution: We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
  • Free Shipping: Return shipping will be covered by us

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:

Order Cancellations

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge

After Shipping

Digital Products

Sales of digital products are generally final. Refunds may be considered for:

Subscription Services
